Stay Hydrated This Summer!

You know what they say — to stay hydrated, drink 8 cups of water a day. Well, I’m here to tell you that this rule only applies if you’re not exercising or sweating. Physical activity can cause you to lose water faster than you can take it in, especially in the summer. Becoming dehydrated is extremely dangerous, and you should definitely avoid it!
